In addition, as the bain marie uses dry heat, there’s no need for separate water pans or filling. The built-in gantry provides quartz heating and hygienically highlights the food to ensure an attractive display. Inside, the fan assisted heating is both efficient and effective and can be lifted out easily to aid cleaning.
